Sethie has a long standing relationship with Ben, who is related to one of the Platinum founders and a partner in countless deals with the other co-founder and arrested and indicted party. Ben had an office at Platinum and until very recently Ben's Linkedin profile showed this Platinum relationship. Ben owns or owned 16-18 million TAUG shares. Who issued those shares to Ben. Seth and Ben were/are very close and have done many deals. It was Ben who brought DECN to TAUG and it weas Ben of Platinum who asked for a 10% of the deal commission. Who do you think pays these commissions? TAUG shareholders.
