You are totally wrong here! You can contact the company and asking anything info regarding to investor or fins. Company policy not release info to anyone not authorize and they can delete your email as well. That why you not get any response from them. Trust me I been done that for awhile here.
Even Pixel Mags facebook page didn't get a response from a business in May 2015.
Hi Pixelmags - can you please contact us at ***** ******? please email @****************.com in regards to a subscriber who purchased an online subscription to our mag but has received nothing. We have been trying to contact you for weeks to no avail and now have to send hard copies to the customer at our own cost. This is not satisfactory. We would appreciate contact asap.
