If he said 12 months, I'll bet it's 24 months. Except that now it's Mr. Li running the show. Now, it's probably more like 6 months. That's the difference a real leader can make.

according to Steipp it takes 12 months to R&D a new part so time for some European orders to be announced, soonish.
