BMAK, Seemingly is dumping MYDX shares on behalf of debt holders daily @ 4.9 percent of outstanding. So would Phoenix or Rockwell need to be registered assuming they are a qualified investor?? Curious if you or anyone has reported your suspicions to SEC or Whistleblower
