Exactly. Having to much Real Estate is pointless. Why pay rent for space you dont need. An online business just needs one location and they can bring all the talent to them. No need for two offices.

um no Kip Madden works with VERT Capital. He picked up a distressed company as I thought. in just two months the company was liquidated.
