Iconic has updated its Security Details on OTC Markets to accurately reflect the current share structure, and Management is working towards completing current financial reports.

Well, Richard buried the bad news under a lot of fluff.

New shares outstanding as of 12/15/16: 814,790,609

Net shares outstanding as of June 30, 2016, according to the last quarterly: 390,874,361.

So, in less than 6 months, outstanding shares have doubled. Can you say "dilution"?
