Now that we can debate because your guess would be as good as mine. Perhaps he thought he could scam the scammers. Maybe there were legitimate reasons. I don't think there is any way to know. One thing that is clear from Grodniks letter of April 2015 is that he knew the A/S at that time was too high. He made that point really clear. And that makes it very strange and somewhat incompetent in my mind to turn around 4 months later and double it to 30 Billion. Remember, back then the big push was the first movie release and the lure of a stock reduction. So to instead increase the A/S, fail to promote the movie and screw over your primary source of finance is just a mystery for which I have no answer or reason. But I have said all along I give credit to Grodnik for what he does well. That's PRODUCE FILMS. But as far as running a company, he's never successfully done that. If you look at his history, you'll find a long list of failed businesses. He needs help, but I think he's too stubborn or inept to seek it out and use it. That's just my opinion. But I do know without question that until he addresses the real issues with this company. It has no chance of becoming profitable. He's just running it further and further into the ground. He has to take REAL steps. And in my opinion stockholders here should stop making excuses for him and instead do everything in their power to push him to at least make an effort. Many here have a lot of money in this thing. And until the problem is IDENTIFIED, ACKNOWLEDGED and FIXED. This is just plain stuck, with shareholders out of luck. That is my sincere and honest answer to your question.
