Yea a 'one-year-delinquent-filer' is being reversed-merged by a 'two-year-delinquent-audit-LLC.' Vert capital is footing the bill.
There have been two communications since May 2016.

They are gonna merge then uplist to nasdaq after a disastrous R/S and everything is gonna be rosy.
