Here's the actual document from JULY 2015. About one month later, Grodnik screwed them over and doubled the A/S from 15 to 30 Billion. All downhill from there.

I've been trying since August of 2015 to tell people to read the information!! Stop the silly things about shorts and that non sense and look at the REAL reasons this hasn't and Won't move!!
