I don't give a rats ass about 6-7 month old debts that are paid off already. RCP or the Phoenix/Lynx settlement are contemporary topics, but the Phoenix/IRP settlement is such old news that I really can't believe how much time was wasted on it this past week or two. I still haven't seen any 3(a)(10) transaction for the Lynx settlement, so any shares from that are restricted for 6 months from origination. So, currently, RCP appears to be the only settlement that is a source for any shares. Agreed?
