I'll take that. It would show investors his concern for the company and puts the company's success over his personal plight to be paramount. I have been here like most a long time and endured the ups and downs along with the ever frustrating stance by the FDA who has held this company hostage for seven years never bothering to understand the product in front of them while the rest of the civilized World did and does. I thought way back when that the move abroad was shaky but he proved me wrong. I applaud the success he achieved in building the huge foundation of distributors and alliances.Unfortunately the real World is based on perception not the fact of innocence or guilt. Like you I treat a written document for what it says not what it appears to say. The naysayers throw out a document and conveniently discard the little words like if or could or may and so on. They throw the document out over and over and over describing what they want it to say without question. The next move is his and I have my fingers crossed. Unlike a lot of posters here my investment is very small and has remained so. My continued presence is because I want to see the David defeat Goliath. I believe in the products and chose to see for myself what they were all about from people in the know of this tremendous technology and its possibilities in Healthcare and Fitness. Ironically it was a naysayer's post that challenged me to do something which led me to investigate for myself. Sometimes we have to do what's good for others before ourselves. 73 years on this Earth has taught me a lot and still teaches me. For me this mess needs to be settled outside not as company matter. It is up to the individuals to separate their ordeal from the company. Now we'll have to wait and see. Sorry for the length of my response but I only know how to say what I feel.
