In general, I agree with you. The difference in this case (to me, at least) is that this 10k is confirming whether our current level is fair value or if around 2 cents is more fair value.
But, like I said, can't fault profit taking.

Yes!! Buy on Mystery Sell on History!! Lots of peeps will selling when the 10k comes out so it may not go as high as some are predicting here...
