if it is good it will shoot up prolly 50-100% from these levels. dip/consolidate a higher base and continue back up.

I would agree - if we were waiting on the 10k to show that the big contract we were speculating about (or something to that effect) was true... and in anticipation of the event, we had traded up to an overvalued share price...

In this case, we're waiting for the 10k to show that we're relatively clean from a note perspective and now positioned to start climbing towards fair value.
