Is there a reason Gary F Kimmons never generated revenue? Did he pay income taxes?

Where are the Escue Energy Inc prototypes there were supposed to be here by now? I thought Escue Energy commenced working on them in January 2016?

If its alleged Escue Enery has money then why haven't they paid for the Prototype Blueprints yets
