It used to be. "Buy the rumor" "sell the news". But, if everybody hits the sell button at the same time the share price plunges. So. As adaptable as most are, some decided it may be best to get out before the news. Before everyone else does. And there comes the domino effect. Selling "before" the news is an interesting game of patience. Who's gonna get left holding the bag? Me or you?

Anyway. Yesterday I checked The market cap and it was like 219 million dollars at around .25. I talked about market cap valuation over the weekend. Irrational exuberance can only extend SO FAR. OTHER PEOPLE KNOW THESE THINGS. A stock does not just go STRAIGHT UP. A dream is grand for pump and dumps but REVENUES HOLD THE MARKET CAP UP.

In my opinion LQMT is a long term hold now. And let's hope Li can do something about creating REAL revenues with this material over time.

Perhaps he can grow revs and turn this into a .30 company over the next few years. There is still risk. But, it could happen.

Til then. I like what I see with the direction of the company. Finally, after all these years we may get to see if this material tech has legs and is a viable choice in a material world.

There will be news. Li has a plan that he is anxious to implement. He finalized the investment in LQMT early. A clear indicator that he wanted to get things going as fast as possible.

Now that the CC has passed i’m really confused about the Timing of Chung's share purchases.

If he waited until after the CC, after we found out there are No Contract Orders,
he would have been able to buy those shares for much less than pre Special CC.

He mentioned the purchases in the CC, sounded like brown nosing but thats about it,
no real reason for Chung to have bought them pre CC and create even moire Hype for the CC.
