How can the float only be 8.8 million? More shares than that are traded most days.

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1455819/000121390015009687/f8k121115_vapeholdings.htm shows on Dec 23 there were 146M shares outstanding.

In a little bit less than 6 months 261M shares were issued.

How many more shares have been issued since June 13? That is the big question, and why the float is listed as 8.8M.
