Bottom line nothing has changed with SFOR except the PPS. As far as the lawsuit it is not costing him anything they are doing it on contingency! None of us expected the Microsoft settlement it just happened out of nowhere and we ran from trips to over .02 cents. It did not happen overnight it took time. Some have patience others do not. The other lawsuits and settlements could happen at anytime ahead.
