"No more diluting" means "no more funding."

"No more funding" means "no more BIEL." That won't be "a good thing" for current shareholders of BIEL.

It's a shame the shareholders allowed the company to use the patents as collateral on a loan to the daughter's company. It gives the Whelans the Motive to default the loans and dissolve the company and the Means to walk away relatively unscathed.
