IMO No RS ... It doesn't make sense at this stage in the game, if Seth sticks to the plan and continues to build the company, then maybe down the road we could see a small RS as Johnny mentioned in a earlier post. It would have to be for a very good reason as to not hurt shareholders....
The board has already approved a REVERSE SPLIT. It could happen any day. Obviously the share price is not going to go above 1¢ and stay there for 30 consecutive days without one...lol...
Sure, Sethie will put out a PR about doing it to get back on the QB, making the share structure more attractive, possible merger...BLAH BLAH BLAH...
BUT YOU AND I BOTH KNOW IT WILL "HURT" SHAREHOLDERS AND I WILL BET THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO REDUCE THE A/S WHICH MEANS EVEN MORE DILUTION FOR ANY CURRENT STUCKHOLDERS!!!
