BK is meant to protect assets ans IFUS has never had any assets to protect. in addition to that, a BK proceeding requires a lot of info to be revealed which would bury Walthers under criminal charges. BTW, one of Walthers lawyers is a criminal defense attorney.
The forensic accountants, whom Walthers and insiders love to make fun and mock, did their job. Why do you think Walthers finally admitted he had only done $300.00 of business in two years?
