There's nothing out of the norm for that to happen in the pink sheets but, the way Spio went about it was not through the proper channels and nothing shy of straight up treason. Especially being that she basically took everything from NXGA shareholders that was built up in the 17 months while she was acting president.
We're not talking about a simple pink sheet scam that's worth less than it would be to take the company to litigation either. We're talking about a potential billion dollar buyout of Ceek and the fact that Ceek achieved what they did while they were Next Galaxy.
That being said and based on her tweets, I'm speculating that there will be a decent consolation prize for NXGA besides the $5 million royalty simply so she can avoid any major lawsuits.
