I'd be calling the Company & get Your answers straight from the Horses mouth, it's not hard to do, almost every OTC I went Long on, I almost always call the people on the Board of directors.

Hint; The CEO is Not always the Best person to talk to either...
Find out who's been there the longest, has the most invested TIME & money, who's the Brains behind most of what the company is doing?

You will find that sometimes the CEO is just a hired hand, getting paid to do a job but not always the person with the Real Goods, I'm not saying it's this way with OWCP, just giving an example.

I belong with the group that funded the company with 2.4mm$ in straight equity in 2014/15 for restricted stocks.
Obviously I am Israeli , even though I don't live there right now.
I know Dr. Baruch , I know the story and I know the Israeli justice system.
If there was a blink of possibility there might be something right with the story he would have faced court already .
Even if it will ever get to court ( which I doubt ) he will turn innocent .
