If you really want to invest , and make a research , why don't you do what many here did and contact the company rather than post here ? OWCP@owcpharma.com
Many here did and were answered !
I belong with the group that funded the company with 2.4mm$ in straight equity in 2014/15 for restricted stocks.
Obviously I am Israeli , even though I don't live there right now.
I know Dr. Baruch , I know the story and I know the Israeli justice system.
If there was a blink of possibility there might be something right with the story he would have faced court already .
Even if it will ever get to court ( which I doubt ) he will turn innocent .
