Right! But don't you agree that that would be unlikely? Judge Strom just ruled on the motion to dismiss, denying it because COR's position was plausible. I don't see how he then gets to the point of saying COR's position is indisputable. The previous poster opined that it was probable the case wouldn't get past a summary judgment, I find the probability of such an outcome to be near nil.
