Lol. First post on this board and your trying to put a negative spin on a potential up-list to Nasdaq.
Here are some highlights of recent events for you.
- TTCM became OTC Pink Current in
September if this year.
- TTCM recently (over the last four
weeks) reduced the OS from
3 billion down to 1.8 billon
- TTCM Float is only 536 million.
- TTCM issued (just yesterday) their
OTC QB certification to get out of
the pink sheets.
- TTCM patent for their flagship
KlickZie technology is in the final
stages of global patent approval.
TTCM management has been completely transparent and communicative with shareholders via SEC Filings, Press Releases and non-bs replies from Investor Relations. In addition, the TTCM Transfer Agent is completely un-gagged.
I've never seen anything like it on the OTC.
Of course, there is always risk when investing in anything but I've read all the PRs, I've read all the SEC filings, I've been regularly tracking the OS via the un-gagged TA, and have been relentlessly asking tough questions to IR.
