share structure and 8k pretty much signify an R/S
the amount of authorized and amount outstanding is a big stop sign and beware...
when they retire shares, they should bring down amount authorized and then not reissuing shares in another class, which can be converted at $3 or listing on a nasdaq like site....
R/S list on a nasdaq, convert then dilute...plain as day....
