Im ASSUMING at a penny or two for SPCL the PPS isn't worth the paper the shares are written on. Totally worthless.
Im ASSUMING the companies involved here don't even have enough money to buy coffee and donuts for their morning meetings.
The clowns operating these companies can't even get financials completed after more then 6 months.
