The PPS cannot be reset to $15 after EVERYONE has their shares converted either. Why?
Rufus doesn't have a firm commitment underwriting agreement with a registered broker dealer that includes a written commitment from the broker dealer to basically purchase the entire float at $15. Without something like that .. the market makers will set the price anywhere THEY decide.. if Rufus does halt the stock. I know you keep ignoring this simple fact but sooner or later you all are going to have to face this simple reality head on. I know it will not be fun... and I know you will feel like a fool and I know it will really chap you to realize I was right and you were wrong.. but at this point... you sadly have no choice. The truth will continue to prevail.. and it is not going to go away. I suggest you try to come to grips with that.
