The PPS cannot be reset until EVERYONE has their shares converted. It is my understanding that the Canadian Brokers have not done this as of yet. It doesn't matter what the SP is in the mean time. Whether it's .01 or $5.00 it is to be reset to $15.00. So, don't sweat it, people. Everything is cool.

Just keep on walking. If you keep on walking, eventually you will stumble into something. No one ever stumbled into anything sitting down.
