I agree and hope I'm wrong but greed has been the devil's advocate since the dawn of mankind.
But no matter if it's one or two companies, they obviously share trade secrets and are deeply affiliated with each other, just compare the websites and anyone can see that.
This is nothing like SPC* or any other stock I've ever seen. There are factual events that have taken place and massive profits have already been pocketed.
Ceek is becoming a well known name in the industry yet NXGA is never mentioned. Not even a simple thanks to the shareholders for paying for her startup or allowing her to use the technology.
IMO someone will need to answer to the market, especially if Ceek keeps growing the way they are.
