Are there 10 trading days left from Monday until they delist?

If NWBO goes over $1 and stay there for 10 days, I don't think there will be a delisting.

The delisting was not based on being under $1, though that would have been a subsequent issue.

NASDAQ said they were going to delist them based on the second 20% rule violation (Corporate Governace, LP failing to allow shareholders to vote per NASDAQ rules),

So going over $1 would mean nothing.
