Most companies involved in this kind of transaction use operations like Vert. Very unlikely that Pixelmags CEO was just born with the know how of raising capital and restructuring through reverse merger to go public. This kind of transaction is not easily learned by reading a magazine article. Its very complicated and requires highly specialized experience and skill.
