This is not necessarily true for MM's and hedge funds:

IF LESS IS HALF CORRECT and the illegal naked share count is 50 million they will need to deliver the stock by the 19th or account to the firm that they are trading at where that stock will come from, the OTC market is much more expensive to carry a short and you need 2.50 cash in your account to hold the short . so in order to collect .50 you need to have 2.50 in cash. I believe the shorts will not want to carry there positions onto the OTC and we will see that over the next 10 days
