Look Lucky me midnight, more posts so I can deal with this. Sarcasm. The OTC is a market info company for OTC stocks. That last 8k was sec edgarized. See how it really works is the OTC needs info no later then 6 months old. The old 8k in May is older, so the new one confirming the R/M takes the stop sign off.
Back to what I said, we are in the transition period of a pixel R/M. The sec and the OTC knows it, thought you should too.lol
