Thanks for sharing that report from someone who had been deployed. What got me going on this crusade was that Armed Forces Network article. I was in shock & disbelief when I read it. Here's Lt/Gen Ben Hodges complaining "e-mails are insecure" and "my Blackberry is being monitored". I thought if an Army General is complaining about that it must be a problem for all his troops! Something has to be done about it and fast to prevent a future enemy from exploiting any information they can get from those mobile devices. I had recently installed SFOR's Mobile Trust on mine and saw it was military grade. IMHO it is a potential solution to that COMSEC problem. So, I made various Government officials and senior officers aware of it. I had to! EUCOM was my old unit.
