Sounds about right...it probably takes up to 18 months for new policies to be effective, and dismanteling existing policies could take longer...What's most telling is the Repub are anxious to end Obamacare, but will take up to 2 years to offer a "replacement" - 2 years would take the Repubs just past the mid-term elections, and given how little attention voters paid to Trump's campaign rhetoric, my guess is many won't catch on until it's too late.
