It is only a legal vector when advertised as such: on the corporate website (which doesn't exist anymore); or in PRs which the last one is over 4 years old and is not readily available anymore.

EDIT: I did just find a PR from 2 1/2 years ago here on Ihub, but it is still too old to qualify. And it doesn't show in the 3 other places I had searched, so even less available than the older one.

There are also free PR release websites that offer a variety of more legitimate news release methods than his own personal FB page for a public company? Too lazy or too scared of blow back from Feds or showing off to friends are my guesses
