Doc, good post and I concur. Non-dilutive financing is the way to go. And getting rid of the BDC structure is imperative.

I've been reading posts that it is "do or die" time. That's a little dire but I guess there's a sense in which that is true. CB seems pretty stretched out. He has a lot of pokers in the fire. Drilling projects and corporate structure changes are keeping him busy. He's playing it close to the vest so that we can only speculate about ongoing events. It's time to show that the big money projects of the last 6 - 9 months are starting to generate positive cash flow.
