Woof, how many other stocks are you already invested in? And how many of those stocks have authorized and/or issued Preferred Shares? Do you own any mutual funds that are invested in companies with Preferred shares?

Solid argument. As I stated before, the company needs to provide more info on the preferred shares to convince us of the need.

I would agree with that. I am in support of an increase to the A/S level of 600 Million to "Clear up the Books". Jamis has pointed out the additional obligations and agreements entered into, Stock Options and Warrants.

Grow by selling Contracts/Dots for Top Line Growth.
