I think the whole point is that we are common share holders and preferred shares will not help us besides being a method of acquiring funding like a private placement (which they could get in another way). If some partner wants shares, they should buy common stock like the rest of us. A buy out at low prices seems unlikely because as you have been pointing out lately, common shareholders hold the a large percentage. These preferred shares will find their way into hands of officers or some rich person of influence....why would they want voting right to go anywhere else, right? So why would any of us support the addition of preferred shares? It takes away our voting power and does nothing to support the deamand for commone stock that would raise our share price..correct??

I realize that we are going to have to raise the AS count...not really an option if we want to survive as a company. I am still convinced unless we are north of $1 at the time of SH meeting, we should not vote yes for a R/S and NO to preferred shares. Sell dots...make money...grow the business
