Yes and they know exactly where they stand with the FDA, I guarantee it. Especially considering the amount of time that has lapsed since they allegedly submitted the application.

I have been part of and witnessed tens of regulatory submissions. There is something fishy here but that should not come as a surprise if you look at this company objectively.

That statement is completely false about BIEL.
