The next 10Q would be for the period ending Sept 30th (since they are behind) The AS/OS was updated on OTC.com as of October 12th so that next 10Q shouldn't show much difference than what OTC.com has with regards to shares.

The one after that for period ending 12/31/16 would be the one that will tell the real story.

My guess the Outstanding is around 3.1-3.5 Bil.
