is it 12million or 16million that you have? Not that it matters to me. Seems odd that someone with your caliber would show your hand. Also, why do you set people up for major disappointmnents by saying Fins must be out ASAP? Interesting.

Not setting anyone up--everyone should know the risks involved--not just the few--the risk is the FINANCIALS!!!!---
This is a NON reporting company,, going BK, that sold itself as a shell to PIXEL MAG on a share exchange---NO BIG DEAL--
Pixel is a private company and is having trouble getting their 2014 and 2015 financials in order and audited--- no problem with that--
My concern is the length of time that has elapsed and if they are communicating with the SEC as to the problems causing the delay---I know what the SEC can do if they are ignoring the SEC and their delinquent financials---
Every body should be on the same page here---
