Eric Holder (Attorney General) wanted to legalize marijauna but said it's up to the DEA... Had DEA said yes,, Obama would have to sign off on it.
Even though the DEA said NO,,, Obama could have overruled and still signed off.
Don't be fooled,,, Sessions is 100% against, but he won't stop! Trump will not go back on his views and as you can see, he's sticking to everything he said he's going to do.
