They r requesting to cancel current shares but that decision is up to the courts and if shareholders will receive any monies as a result.

At one point and time Republic has showed cash on hand over 100 million dollars.

Also remember CEO dumped over 200 thousand shares which makes the value of current shares higher if the courts decide to compensate remaining shareholders.
