Justice, I understand that. But do they still need the other 30.7 million at 1.32 or do they already have those?

"They have the right(!) to purchase 30.7 million commons from WMIH (new shares) @ $1.32 and another 30.7 million for $1.43. These do not come from the outstanding shares. They increase the outstanding shares by that number."

Does this mean: Current shareholders,(you/me),just had our share value diluted (robbed) by 15% ??
