Jbog, If we look at the data blindly without consideration to 1st line or 2nd line use, the updated Zykadia data re pfs appears to be better than Briga, isn't it?

You are correct but the real fact is that we shouldn't even try to compare these drugs in this article because it's like comparing apples to oranges.

If we want to compare these drugs at this point the only trials that have some of the same patients would be the Criz failed patients in 2nd line. Brig shines way above Zyk in that setting.

As far as side effects go, I wouldn't disregard Brigs elevated CPK results because that's either heart or muscle tissue breaking down.
