Jbog, If we look at the data blindly without consideration to 1st line or 2nd line use, the updated Zykadia data re pfs appears to be better than Briga, isn't it? It didn't mention in the article their AEs because they have a very bad profile than Briga and the fact that they use 750 mg for 2nd line use. I know, we have a 100% ORR on the 1st line 8 patients. But you're right, we can't compare the 1st line data against 2nd line data. If I'm not mistaken, their 1st line dosage remains the same at 750 mg which produces a lot of AEs.
