Great points TMEvans. I haven't thought about the management aspect outside of Bruce as much as I should have...your post has reminded me of that all important focus on ability to execute from a team perspective, ying and yang is imperative. I wanted to add to your point on rec vs medical with what I have always thought.
There is currently a portion of medical sales that are not really medical at all but in fact recreational. I know of more than a few who go this route and the anecdotal evidence is everywhere. Probably not a huge deal but somewhere in the medical numbers you need to extrapolate rec users and then remove them from growth projections in the coming recreational market. Probably just a drop in the bucket but interesting non the less.
