What are the rules for a shareholder lawsuit. Are we elible since clearly this is incompetence by management?

Selling what I can today. I'm selling shares I bought at .27 after holding them for years, really sad. can't hold on to them while this stock works it's way through the 3's and lower. Even if they do release something it might hit 6.
